Time for a Makeover
This 1968 daylight ranch had 4,588 sq. ft. of living space broken up into too many small rooms and long hallways. The owners wanted to open up their home and improve flow, as well as add touches of a Santa Fe motif to complement their collection of Southwestern art and objects. They also wanted to increase the curb appeal by upgrading the exterior. The owners planned to live in the home while the remodel took place, so we worked out a schedule for doing one floor at a time, enabling them to always live on the floor that wasn't currently being remodeled.
